No matter the size of the project we follow these stages, ensuring you are happy at each stage and the design is meeting the brief. Here at Studio Fourteen we believe in making interior design affordable therefore the staged approach enables clients to use or services as much or little as as they wish, whether its starting point and ideas, complete design or full turn key services including project management and install.

Free initial consultation, meeting yourselves, taking an extensive brief understanding your likes and dislikes, your personal style and lifestyle, what you require from your home/property/room. Viewing your property is important at this stage to help visualise your dream, taking key measurements and understanding the character of the building, if the property is yet to be built architects drawings, floor plans and photographs are a great starting point.

Using your brief we produce and present to you an initial mood board for each room, showing suggested room layouts, proposed colour schemes, suggested furniture and soft furnishings. Our process is very much collaborative with you, using a step by step process enables us to ensure we are on the right path. You will see the design develop through the stages taking on board all of your feedback any tweaks or changes can be made during the process. Together with these concepts and your feedback we progress to the next stage of the full design and detailing.

With the concept design approved the designs are developed. Detailed design boards are presented to you, showing any bespoke furniture design, joinery and architectural detail drawings, final finishes are specified, lighting design, furniture, soft furnishings and all fabrics, wall-covering and finishes samples. CGI photo realistic images can be produced at this stage if required. A full itemised breakdown of costs are also presented at this time in line with your budget.

With the full design agreed, a schedule of works will be issued and works can commence, Studio Fourteen have well established relationships with many trades ensuring a smooth process. Our project management includes regular site visits and meetings, liaising with contractors, sourcing all the products and implementing the design, the client is kept updated throughout the whole project though meetings, site visits and photographs. Ready for final hand over and for you to enjoy your new home.
