WAREHOUSE FITOUT & DILAPIDATIONS
A quick turnaround design and build project to ensure the facility was transformed from a previous trade counter to a streamlined operation, allowing the client to provide their inflight catering service.
Incorporating the former tenants dilapidations works, initial strip out of extensive mezzanine floor and offices allowed the warehouse area to be refurbished commencing with below ground drainage alterations to facilitate new tray and trolley wash areas, toilet blocks and condensate drainage. High level decoration and lighting alterations competed early on allowed the intense construction and fitout to proceed below.
The introduction of two large (170m2) bespoke chillers constructed in record time, paved the way to create a central landmark to then add aluminium wall protection, white wall, security mesh areas, kee-klamp handrail, bollards and turnstile.
A new teapoint, operations office and speed doors competed the internal fitout.
Meanwhile the external roof light replacements, cut edge treatment and cladding repairs saw the external envelope transform, with an extensive new concrete level loading platform constructed with canopy foundations cast with thermoplastic line marking and a deep clean throughout.
